And so it begins...

 
Hey there! I'm Kat and I've been doing Crossfit for almost 2 years.  I've got a home gym that I love and basically no friends that "get" it.  I was recently told that I shouldn't be showing how active I am publically because it glorifies obesity.  It occurred to me how much I need to see women like me in sports to show what's possible.  And thus.... this blog. 


Today's WOD was every 6 minutes for 36 minutes:

600m row

30 kb swings 35lb

20 v-ups

I opted for:

500m row

30 kb swings (30lb)

20 weighted situps

I had to skip the last round due to needing to take my kiddos to school.  Overall I did..meh! But that's okay...I still did it.
