Basically? F*ck this workout.
I'm depressed as hell. I'm super self conscious. Also I think im coming down with something. I guess at least I showed up.
20 minute AMRAP. +2 reps per round
4 manmakers (I used 15 lb dbs because....no)
Followed by a run! I did a 200m instead of the rx 400m because...also no.
I got up to 10 manmakers on this one.
2nd workout was a 30-20-10 Russian KB swings and situps
I did pretty okay with that one. I used a 35? Lb kb. I haven't even attempted a GHD which was the RX so I stuck to plain situps.
