Today was okay. I had to run which is one of my least favorite things but....I survived.
WOD 1 was and ascending AMRAP with an increase of 2 per round.
Situps
Kb swings (I did 25lbs I think)
With a 100m run between each round.
I completed 12 rounds.
WOD 2 was 5 rounds of...
14 db snatches (I did 20lbs)
12 "box" jumps. (I did the 45lb plate jump)
8 calories on the bike
I completed with 30 seconds or do on my time cap.
