I had a mixed bag of feels about today's WODs. I straight up can't do rope climbs yet. This is way too much weight to try to pull up a rope. I usually do rope walkups but my baby soft hands were not ready today. I did ring rows instead. Meh. I was proud of myself for doing the jumps. I can't jump high yet, so I'm starting with a 45lb plate. I will slowly add to this until I'm ready for a box. Feels impossible but I know that if I keep walking the walk I'll get there.
I completed all rounds of a 1-10 pike pushup<m>, air squats, and calories on the skier. Completed basically AT the time cap.
Next was a 12 minute AMRAP of 6 ring rows <m> and 20 "box" jumps. I completed 5 total rounds.
