Now...granted. it does take a certain kind of weirdo that is a little masochistic to love working out. I am that kind of weirdo. However this?
..... this wasn't fun. WOD 1. Imagine walking up the longest flight of stairs carrying a random 20lb weight for 20 minutes. And for some reason you stop every 3 minutes and do 10 pushups. Fuuuuq you.
WOD 2 probably wouldn't have been so harsh if it wasn't for the push up climb. 3 rounds of it was exactly my capability. That last plank...my arms were literally shaking.
Modifications for me this go around. I used the small box with a 15lb weight on top to step on. Push ups were elevated onto that box. I did squats instead of wallballs. My kb was 30lbs.
Was it fun? No. Did I die? Close but no.
