Pretty rad workout today. Wod 1....I should have gone heavier with the ball. I chose the begginer weight of 40lbs, but I finished 2 minutes over the cap. Next time I'll try 50. Ring rows instead of pullups. Maybe one day!
Wod 2. Yuck. Total of 2000m row and 88 weighted situps broken into 8 rounds. Felt like forever.
I didn't deal with much pain today which is awesome. Some fatigue and discomfort in my ankles and calves towards the end of that row.
