It's a good summary.
Every 9 minutes for 4 rounds... the intention is to have a minute of rest between each round. That didn't happen for me. I didn't complete a single round.
I got hung up for time mostly on three rope walkups and the lunges. I struggle with mobility on those lunges. I did push myself to do full lunges with my knee touching the ground, but they eye slow going. The rope walk ups? I put so much chalk on my hands there was a literal cloud of it.
I showed up. That's what matters, right?
