Baaaaah it was kind of a shit workout today for me. I just felt like I had no energy today. The kids were up and down all night so I imagine that had something to do with it.
We has 10RFT with a 32 minute time cap. I only got to round 7 which was incredibly disappointing for me. I guess the good news was that I didn't give up.

Rx was 30 dubs but coach had me drop to 15 singles because I'm ridiculous.
Every ball drop or rope trip was a 3 burpee penalty. I served mine doing elevated burpees.
