02.08.23 Burgfit

 Basically?  F*ck this workout.  

I'm depressed as hell. I'm super self conscious.  Also I think im coming down with something.  I guess at least I showed up. 

20 minute AMRAP. +2 reps per round 

4 manmakers (I used 15 lb dbs because....no)

Followed by a run! I did a 200m instead of the rx 400m because...also no.

I got up to 10 manmakers on this one.  

2nd workout was a 30-20-10 Russian KB swings and situps 

I did pretty okay with that one. I used a 35? Lb kb. I haven't even attempted a GHD which was the RX so I stuck to plain situps.

02.06.23 Burgfit

 I went in with a gloomy attitude this morning but as usual Coach Jason made me crack a smile.  

5 rounds of the following;

20 cal machine.  I chose rower for all 5 rounds.

20 burpees. I did elevated. 

3 rope climbs. I did 6 ring rows.

15 db cleans x2. I did 20 lb dbs.

I finished a little under timecap but I had lots of mods.

I'm never happy with myself on the rope work scaling but it is what it is, as they say.

02.01.23 Burgfit

Baaaaah it was kind of a shit workout today for me. I just felt like I had no energy today.  The kids were up and down all night so I imagine that had something to do with it. 

We has 10RFT with a 32 minute time cap. I only got to round 7 which was incredibly disappointing for me. I guess the good news was that I didn't give up. 

15 wallballs - I used a 10lb bag

12 cal row

Rx was 30 dubs but coach had me drop to 15 singles because I'm ridiculous. 

Every ball drop or rope trip was a 3 burpee penalty. I served mine doing elevated burpees.
